Getmyshape - Training and nutrition for everyone offers you individually tailored to you and your everyday life training and nutrition plans to get closer to your goal - whether muscle building, weight loss or health is in the foreground. The training plans are adapted to your experience and build on each other to always achieve progress without overtaxing you.

We take into account when creating your training plans:

- Your goal (muscle gain, weight loss, health)
- Your training experience
- Your training frequency per week
- Your training location (at home without equipment, home gym, gym)
- current problems (pain in the biceps tendon...)

You put together your own nutrition plan conveniently and individually according to your preferences in the modular system, whereby we only offer you meals that suit you and provide a balanced diet and nutrient distribution.

This includes:

- The right amount of kcal
- Your diet (vegetarian, vegan, paleo, low carb,...)
- Your food intolerances (histamine, lactose, gluten,...)
- How many meals you want to eat per day
- With or without nutritional supplements

With Getmyshape you successfully integrate training and nutrition into your life.
You can use the app in training to document your successes. Enter your training weight and repetitions, use the stopwatch for the right rest times. Easily replace exercises you dont like with other exercises that fit into the plan - no prior knowledge required. Track your body weight progress and see how you get closer to your goal. Build your nutrition plan and change individual ingredients as needed without changing the kcal of the meals. The AI in the background makes sure that you cant do anything wrong.
At the end, a shopping list is automatically generated from your meal compilation, taking into account the standard packaging units for convenient shopping.
