You put together your own nutrition plan conveniently and individually according to your preferences in the modular system, whereby we only offer you meals that suit you and provide a balanced diet and nutrient distribution.
This includes:

- Your food intolerances (histamine, lactose, gluten,...)

You can use the app in training to document your successes. Enter your training weight and repetitions, use the stopwatch for the right rest times. Easily replace exercises you dont like with other exercises that fit into the plan - no prior knowledge required. Track your body weight progress and see how you get closer to your goal. Build your nutrition plan and change individual ingredients as needed without changing the kcal of the meals. The AI in the background makes sure that you cant do anything wrong.
At the end, a shopping list is automatically generated from your meal compilation, taking into account the standard packaging units for convenient shopping.
